Arcane Thievery
For 5...35 seconds, one random spell is disabled for target foe, and arcane thievery is replaced by that spell.

Player Notes:
Duration of spell is modified by the level of Domination Magic attribute.

Backfire
For 10 seconds, whenever target foe casts a spell, that foe takes 35 damage.

cost: 15 | recharge: 20 second(s) | activate: 3 second(s)
Player Notes:
Foes takes more or less damage depending on the attribute level.

Blackout
For 2...4 seconds, all of your target foe's skills are disabled, and all of yours are disabled for 5 seconds.

cost: 10 | recharge: 10 second(s) | activate: 1 second(s)
Player Notes:
The duration for Blackout is modified by the level of Domination Magic you own.

Chaos Storm
Create a chaos storm at target foe's location. For 10 seconds, enemies near this location suffer 5 damage each second. Chaos storm drains 1 energy whenever it strikes a foe casting a spell.

cost: 15 | recharge: 30 second(s) | activate: 2 second(s)
Player Notes:
Cause more damage and drain more energy with a higher level of Domination Magic.

Cry of Frustration
If target foe is using a skill, that foe and nearby foes are interrupted and suffer 10...37 damage.

cost: 15 | recharge: 20 second(s) | activate: 1/4 second(s)
Player Notes:
The amount of damage you inflict is pro-rated to your Domination Magic attribute level.

Diversion
For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a skill, that skill takes an additional 10...47 seconds to recharge.

Player Notes:
The recharge times for your foes will vary depending on the attribute level.

Empathy
For 10 seconds, whenever target foe attacks, that foe takes 1 damage.

Player Notes:
A higher level of Domination Magic will increase the amount of damage your foes do to themselves.

Energy Burn
Target foe loses 4...9 energy and takes 8 damage for each point of energy lost.

cost: 10 | recharge: 20 second(s) | activate: 2 second(s)
Player Notes:
Foes may lose more energy when you have a higher attribute level.

Energy Surge
Target foe loses 4...9 energy. For each point of energy lost, that foe and all adjacent foes take 8 damage.

Player Notes:
Domination Magic only modifies the amount of energy your foe will lose.

Guilt
For 4...9 seconds, if target foe casts an offensive spell, the spell fails, and you steal 5 energy from that foe.

Player Notes:
Domination Magic levels will adjust both the duration and energy total stolen.

Hex Breaker
For 15 seconds, the next time you are a target of a Hex, that Hex fails and the caster takes 10 damage.

Domination Magic levels modify the duration and the damage dealt.

Ignorance
For 8...18 seconds, target foe cannot use Signets.

Mind Wrack
For 20 seconds, if target foe's energy reaches zero, that foe takes 15 damage.

Player Notes:
Your foe can take more damage when you have a higher level of the Domination Magic attribute.

Panic
For 10 seconds, target foe and all nearby foes suffer -2 Energy Regeneration and take 10 damage whenever they use a signet.

cost: 25 | recharge: 10 second(s) | activate: 2 second(s)
Player Notes:
Increase the duration and improve damage dealt with a higher level of Domination Magic.

Power Block
If target foe is casting a spell, that spell is interrupted. The interrupted spell and all spells of the same attribute are disabled for 3...13 seconds for that foe.

This elite Mesmer spell can last longer with a higher distribution of points into Domination Magic.

Power Leak
If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and target foe loses 10...39 energy.

Power Spike
If target foe is casting a spell, the spell is interrupted and target foe takes 20...86 damage.

The amount of damage dealt is pro-rated to the level of Domination Magic you own.

Shame
For 4...9 seconds, the next time target foe casts a spell on an ally, the spell fails and you steal 5...12 energy from that foe.

Player Notes:
Duration and energy stolen are both modified from the level of Domination Magic.

Shatter Delusions
Remove one Mesmer hex from target foe. For each hex removed, that enemy takes 15 damage.

Player Notes:
Boost the damage amount with a higher Domination Magic attribute level.

Shatter Enchantment
Remove an enchantment from target foe. If an enchantment is removed, that foe takes 14...83 damage.

cost: 15 | recharge: 25 second(s) | activate: 1 second(s)
Player Notes:
Domination Magic levels will alter the amount of damage inflicted.

Shatter Hex
Remove a hex from target ally. If a hex is removed, foes nearby take 30 damage.

cost: 15 | recharge: 10 second(s) | activate: 1 second(s)
Player Notes:
Nearby foes can take more damage with more attribute points invested into Domination Magic.

Signet of Weariness
Target foe and all nearby foes lose 3 energy.

Player Notes:
You can ensure your target and nearby foes lose more energy with a higher investment into Domination Magic.

Wastrels Worry
After 3 seconds, target foe takes 8...53 damage. Waster's worry ends prematurely if that foe uses a skill.

Player Notes:
Your enemies will take more damage as Domination Magic is improved.
