Foes takes more or less damage depending on the attribute level.

Clumsiness
For 4 seconds, the next time target foe attempts to attack, that attack is interrupted and target foe suffers 10 damage.

Player Notes:
You can improve the damage and duration of this Hex Spell with more attribute points invested into Illusion Magic.

Conjure Phantasm
For 2...12 seconds, target foe experiences -5 health degeneration.

The duration for Conjure Phantasm is scaled to your level of Illusion Magic.

Crippling Anguish
For 8...18 seconds, target moves 50% slower and suffers health degeneration of 1...3.

Spell duration is tied to the attribute level. Adjust Illusion Magic to taste.

Diversion
For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses a skill, that skill takes an additional 10...47 seconds to recharge.

The recharge times for your foes will vary depending on the attribute level.

Empathy
For 10 seconds, whenever target foe attacks, that foe takes 1 damage.

A higher level of Domination Magic will increase the amount of damage your foes do to themselves.

Ether Lord
You lose all energy. For 5-9 seconds, target foe suffers energy degeration of 1-3, and you experience energy regeneration of 1-x.

Longevity, and both instances of energy are modified by Inspiration Magic.

Ethereal Burden
For 10 seconds, target foe moves 50% slower than normal. When ethereal burden ends you gain 10...20 energy.

Fevered Dreams
For 4...14 seconds, whenever target foe suffers from a new condition, all nearby foes suffer from that condition as well.

Fragility

Ignorance

Ineptitude
For 4...9 seconds, if target foe attacks, that foe takes 10...68 damage and becomes blinded for 10 seconds.

Adding points to illusion magic will increase the duration of this skill.

Migraine
For 5 seconds, target foe suffers health regeneration of -1...-3 and takes 100% longer to cast spells.

Boost the duration of this elite hex with a higher investment into Illusion Magic.

Mind Wrack
For 20 seconds, if target foe's energy reaches zero, that foe takes 15 damage.

Your foe can take more damage when you have a higher level of the Domination Magic attribute.

Panic
For 10 seconds, target foe and all nearby foes suffer -2 Energy Regeneration and take 10 damage whenever they use a signet.

cost: 25 | recharge: 10 second(s) | activate: 2 second(s)
Player Notes:
Increase the duration and improve damage dealt with a higher level of Domination Magic.

Phantom Pain
For 10 seconds, target foe suffers health degeneration of -1...-3. When phantom pain ends, that foe suffers a deep wound, lowering that foe's maximum health by 20% for 5...17 seconds.

Player Notes:
You can increase the amount of health degeneration suffered, and the duration of the after-affect by increasing your Illusion Magic attribute level.

Shame
For 4...9 seconds, the next time target foe casts a spell on an ally, the spell fails and you steal 5...12 energy from that foe.

Soothing Images
For 8...18 seconds, target foe cannot gain adrenaline.

Spirit of Failure
For 30 seconds, target foe has a 25% chance to miss with attacks. You gain 1-4 energy for each miss by your foe in combat.

The only number modified by attribute adjustments is that for Energy gains.

Spirit Shackles
For 8...24 seconds, target foe loses 5 energy whenever that foe attacks.

Make this Hex last longer by adding to your Inspiration Magic points.

Wastrels Worry
After 3 seconds, target foe takes 8...53 damage. Waster's worry ends prematurely if that foe uses a skill.

cost: 5 | recharge: 1 second(s) | activate: 1/4 second(s)
Player Notes:
Your enemies will take more damage as Domination Magic is improved.
