The Warrior Defined
Of all melee professions, the Warrior is, without a doubt, the most adept at brute force hand to hand combat. Skilled in the use of swords, battlehammers, and axes, the Warrior is able to clear a massive number of enemies with his mighty arms. Many Warriors are so skilled at the art of war that they will even forgo the use of protective shields, and instead place all of their mighty weight behind attacks.
Although Warriors are not particularily attuned to the ways of magic, they are able to learn lesser cantations related to physiological aid, and for the improvement both offensive and defensive abilities. The Warrior brings many great attributes to the Arena. Like Celtic Combatants of days long gone, the Warrior is a master of the Shout- a unique Attribute used to strike fear in the hearts of foes, or to spur on and aid his allies. With a Warrior at your side, you need never fear physical harm. Warriors can, and often do, hold the sway of the Arena.
